Interested?

Reservation manager (m/f)

• Management of the reservations department with 3-4 employees
• Acceptance and processing of reservationsments via telephone, e-mail and RA
• Processing of individual, group and travel agency reservations
• Creation of reservation templates and text modules
• Deposit management, voucher sales, pre-reservations
• Various controlling tasks
• Employee training and training of new employees
• Assisting with marketing campaigns such as newsletters and promotions

TOP qualification:

• Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in this or a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, other languages are an advantage
• Experience with Protel, Word, Excel, Outlook, Hotelkit, RA, Channel Manager
