What you bring with you

• Design & implementation of the desserts as part of the full board by arrangement
• Design & implementation of the cake buffet as part of the full board
• Preparatory work for the evening service according to the kitchen management's instructions
• Assisting in preparing the plates during dinner service
• Supporting apprentice training/instructing apprentices on post

What we expect

• Warmth and joy in inspiring our small and large guests
• Completed vocational training & at least 3 years of professional experience
• Previous management experience is an advantage
• Excellent specialist and product knowledge
• Passion for work & creativity
• Team spirit
• Fluent language skills in German & English; more beneficial
