Chef de Partie (m/f/d)

• Productive collaboration with the sous chef and chef
• Management of employees on their own ward
• Active participation / cooking on the post
• arranging the meals
• Daily mise en place
• Profitability control & updating of inventory lists
• Co-responsibility for a complete HACCP documentation
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and storage rooms
• Control and compliance with the Schlosshotel quality standards

TOP qualification:

• Completed cooking training
• Experience in the upscale hotel industry would be an advantage
• Management experience in a similar position
• Expertise on HACCP standards and warehousing
• High quality awareness and product knowledge
• Good knowledge of German and Englishe
